Our campus operates an entirely cashless system. All students are set up with an account which they can use to purchase items from the canteen. When students join the campus we issue parents with an initial log-in and password in order to set up their account.
In Years 7 – 9 students are recognised by their thumbprint when spending in the canteen. In Years 10 – 13 students are issued with an ID card.
Our online payment system is ParentPay which enables parents/carers to load money onto the lunch account. It is also used to pay for bus fares, trips and locker hire.
Parents can credit their child’s account with a debit/credit card on-line via ParentPay or students can re-charge their catering accounts via the ParentPay machines in school (with cash). It is vital that all students ensure they have enough money on their account BEFORE they choose food at break and lunch. Credit and lending of money is not possible.
By registering on ParentPay you are able to see what your child buys in school and the balance on their account plus amounts owed for any trips/activities and the date that payment is due.

ParentPay also enables you to set up a free automatic alert if your child’s account gets low on credit or if you wish to be advised when a new payment item is added for your child. Further information is available by clicking on the link below:
Students eligible for Free School Meals will automatically receive the daily allowance on their account; consequently it is vital that all free school meals application forms are submitted to Leicestershire County Council promptly. Please see Free School Meals pages on our website.
